Users can edit, add or manage each versions of document, send notification of document status to attendees. Therefore, all attendees will be informed when document has changed. This feature eliminates human error, time saving and easy to manage.

Data security is built up for both administrator and meeting attendees by document encryption. All meeting document will be secured, the system will have log record for every users
3. Support Multiple Meeting Types
Not only board meeting can be implemented, but other meetings can be used with the system as well such as, internal meeting, audit committee meeting or corporate governance meeting. Each type of meeting will have its own administrator and manage document separately
